The JSE Index gained 1,240 points on Thursday, while the Junior Market increased by just over a point.
Among the 50 winners were: Sagicor Real Estate X Fund, Stanley Motta, Paramount Trading, Caribbean Cream and Lumber Depot.
The 40 losers were led by: Kingston Wharves, MFS Capital Partners, Lasco Financial Services, Ttech and First Rock Real Estate Investments US dollar shares.
Twenty-two stocks closed the session selling at the same prices they started trading Thursday.
