Sygnus Credit Investments lists its perpetual cumulative redeemable preference shares on Jamaica Stock Exchange

Sygnus Credit Investments on Tuesday listed its perpetual cumulative redeemable preference share on the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
 
The offer, which was oversubscribed, raised more than J$5 billion, making it the largest public perpetual preference share raised on the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
 
With this development, Sygnus Credit Investments "is well position to deepen its impact across key industries, including manufacturing, distribution, financial services, construction and transportation," Jason Morris, Executive Vice-President of Sygnus said.
 
Furthermore, he said, the funds raised will enable the company to "continue delivering flexibile financing, that drives growth, creates opportunities and strengthens economies across the region."
 
This listing brings to 155, the total number of securities on the JSE.
