Two of the six individuals listed by the St. Elizabeth Police as wanted since the start of the year have turned themselves in.
Superintendent Coleridge Minto, head of the St. Elizabeth Police, said the two men surrendered Tuesday in the company of their attorneys.
While he did not name them, Superintendent Minto urged the remaining four individuals to make themselves available to the police, accompanied by an attorney, justice of the peace, pastor, or a family member.
He also disclosed that curfews imposed in sections of the parish have been extended.
The curfews remain in effect in Black River and Thornton, both of which are areas where electricity has not yet been restored.
Since the start of the year, St. Elizabeth has recorded two murders and one fatal shooting involving members of the security forces.
