Trinidad Energy and Energy Industries Minister Dr. Roodal Moonilal says he has written to his Guyanese counterpart for discussions aimed at establishing a collaboration between the two oil-rich CARICOM countries.
After being sworn into office, Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar said she had mandated Moonilal to explore the offer being made by Guyana to bring gas to Trinidad, as well as what they can do with Suriname.
