Detectives preparing to charge Clarendon man for wife's murder

Homicide detectives in Clarendon are making arrangements to lay charges against a Clarendon man for the murder of his 29-year-old wife who was visiting him from Canada.
 
A postmortem conducted Monday on the body of Jaeda Pauline Whitehead revealed that she died of injuries sustained during a physical altercation.
 
Charges are expected to be laid against her 29-year-old husband on Wednesday.
 
Ms Whitehead, who arrived in Jamaica on April 30 to celebrate of first wedding anniversary, died in hospital on Saturday May 13, a day after she was involved in a physical altercation with her husband.
