Five charged with murder of businessman Roger Chang

Five persons, including three teenagers and a woman, have been charged with the murder of businessman and President of the New Kingston Citizens Association, Roger Chang.
 
They were charged Friday by investigators attached to the St. Mary Criminal Investigation Branch.
 
Two of the accused have been identified as 23 year old Khadesha McKenzie, of a Kingston 11 address and Cebert Duggan, a mechanic of Enfield, St. Mary.
 
They have been charged with murder, conspiracy to murder, simple larceny, unauthorised access to computer data, illegal possession of firearm, possession of criminal property, benefitting from criminal property. 
 
Three juveniles, whose ages are 16 and 17, have also been charged in the case.
 
Mr. Chang's body, which had stab wounds, was found on March 15 along a shoreline in Dover, St. Mary.
