Guyana imposes COVID-19 test requirement for travellers from China

Guyana's Ministry of Health will be implementing a negative COVID-19 test requirement for travellers from China where there has been an upsurge in COVID-19 infections.

As of January 8, all passengers two years and older, originating from the People's Republic of China will be required to present a negative COVID-19 test no more than two days before their departure from the PRC, Hong Kong, or Macau en route to Guyana.

They are also required to show a bonafide negative test result to the airline/carrier upon departure.
