A man is dead and a woman is being treated for bullet wounds following a shooting in downtown Kingston Tuesday afternoon.
The deceased has been identified as 26 year old Dwayne Dunbar of a Maiden Lane address in Kingston.
The incident occurred about 5 o'clock.
Mr. Dunbar was standing at the intersection of Barry Street and Rum Lane when he was shot.
The gunman opened fire at the police before escaping.
