Residents of Hagley Gap, Penline Castle and Grass Piece in St. Thomas who have been marooned since heavy rains on Saturday are worried they might run out of essential supplies.
The residents told Radio Jamaica News that shops in the communities have run out of stock.
The community members are appealing to the National Works Agency to urgently clear the blocked roads.
The Mahogany Vale to Hagley Gap main road is blocked by a landslide in the vicinity of the Mahogany Vale ford.
The Penline Castle to Hagley Gap main road is also blocked by landslides while the Grass Piece main road is impassable at the Negro River.
