Trelawny woman charged after hiding man accused of killing four-year-old

Detectives in Trelawny have charged a woman accused of hiding a man who was wanted for the murder of a four-year-old girl.
 
According to a statement from the Jamaica Constabulary Force, 42-year-old Joan Turner of Freeman's Hall, Trelawny has been charged with accessory after the fact.
 
It said Kevin Williams was being sought by the police when Miss Turner allegedly hid him in a closet in her bedroom and told the police she had not seen him. 
 
Mr. Williams was later found and taken into custody where he was charged with murder. 
 
Miss Turner was subsequently arrested and charged.
