They are also charged with placing an item on the scene of a crime and willfully lying to the Commissioner of Police.
The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) launched an investigation after questions were raised about the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Oshane Stubbs, 19-year-old Orando Campbell and 20-year-old Kayshawn Smith on November 10 on Windward Road, East Kingston.
The cops say two illegal guns were seized, reportedly in a confrontation with the men, about 2 o'clock in the morning.
