Fenley Douglas, Councillor for the Waterford Division

Two people reportedly died following a shooting in Waterford, Portmore Sunday evening.
Reports are that one of the deceased was at his birthday party when he was shot by an unknown assailant.
Fenley Douglas, Councillor for the Waterford Division, said the man - Jason Ivy - was "having a drink with friends" when he was shot. Another person was also wounded.
The councillor said a senior citizen who was present when the shooting took place, fainted and later died.
