JFF Gen. Sec says PFJL chairman jumped the gun

Report by RJRGLEANER Communications Group Sports Reporter Jerome Foster

Produced by Brian Lewis

Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) general secretary Dennis Chung believes the chairman of the Professional Football Jamaica Limited (PFJL) Chris Williams has jumped the gun.

On Tuesday, Williams told Radio Jamaica Sports that too many teams in the premier league is difficult to commercialize but Chung says it's a comment that needs explaining.

Williams said he was making the comments as a concerned football administrator but not as his public role.

However, Chung is finding it difficult to separate the two.
