2019 World Championship silver medalist Shanieka Ricketts secured the only Jamaican victory at the first Diamond League meet of the season in, Doha, Qatar on Friday.
Ricketts leapt a wind-aided 14.82 metres to win the event, while compatriot Kimberly Williams ended 7th with 14.28 metres.
Olympic 100m bronze medallist Shericka Jackson had to settle for second in the women's 200 metres, clocking a season's best 22.07 behind American Olympic bronze medalist Gabby Thomas who sped to a meet record 21.98 seconds.
Stephanie-Ann McPherson clocked a season's best 51.69 seconds for second in the women's 400 metres behind Marileidy Paulino of the Dominican Republic who won in a season's best 51.20 seconds. Another Jamaican, Candice McLeod was 5th in 52.37 seconds.
Britany Anderson with a wind-aided 12.44 seconds, was third in a closely-contested women's 100m hurdles that saw Nigeria's Tobi Amusan also clocking 12.44 for second. The next Diamond League meet takes place on May 21 in Birmingham, England.
