A replacement has been announced for Olympian Josh Kirlew, as seven swimmers have been named to represent Jamaica at the upcoming Short Course World Aquatics Swimming Championships set to take place in Budapest, Hungary.
Kaheem Lozer is the alternate named for the males. Sabrina Lyn and Jessica Calderbank are the women that will compete, as they qualified by virtue of getting the B standard, while Leanna Wainwright and Emily McDonald are the alternates.
UK-based coach Mark Rose will head the team of swimmers with Florence Grizzle-Williams as the team manager. The Short Course World Aquatics Championships will go from December 10-15.
