Shirley believes Taylor will be punished for anti-doping rule violation

Former Executive Director of the Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission (JADCO) Renee Anne Shirley, believes Olympic finalist Christopher Taylor will serve a ban for the anti-doping rule violation of evading, refusing or failing to submit to sample collection in November of last year.

Taylor will remain provisionally suspended until his disciplinary hearing, which will be done by the London-based Sport Resolutions, which handles all cases for the Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU).
