The ceremony took place at the Rose Hall Great house in Montego Bay, and was attended by close friends and family, with a few photos being shared online via social media.
Miller is a fashion model based in Canada, while Powell ranks fourth on the all-time list of male 100-metre athletes.
He has the record for breaking the 10-second barrier for the 100-metre event the most times - a total of 97 times.
