Bad Bunny's ex-girlfriend files lawsuit seeking $40M

Bad Bunny's ex-girlfriend has filed a lawsuit in a Puerto Rican Court for at least 40 million US dollars over a well-known voice recording she gave him before he became famous.

Carliz De La Cruz Hernández, whose breathy "Bad Bunny, baby" recording was included in two of the artist's songs, claimed that her voice and the phrase she came up with are being used without her permission.

The phrase was used in songs that have racked up millions of views on YouTube and Spotify.
