Chance the Rapper recently met with US Ambassador Nick Perry as part of his birthday trip to Jamaica.
The two discussed plans to use Jamaica as the next location for his Black Star Line Festival.
The inaugural festival was held in January.
The Coloring Book rapper had a blast at Carnival, but the internet is split after he was recorded dancing provocatively with a woman, yielding a plethora of judgmental responses.
The 30-year-old is married with two children.
