Dancehall artiste D'Angel is defending her decision to join the adult-oriented content subscription service OnlyFans.
In an interview with The Jamaica Star, D'Angel said her income has increased significantly since joining the platform.
Her statement follows comments made by ex-husband and father of her son Beenie Man, who expressed his disapproval of her decision.
D'Angel has pushed back at suggestions that she should stay away from the site because she is a mother, stating that her content is in demand.
She added that joining the platform was one of her best decisions as the income generated so far can purchase a home.
She was also seen shopping for a luxury Porsche motor car and thanked her subscribers for their input.
Other local entertainers have also registered on the platform, including Ishawna who revealed that she has earned millions.
