Summer festival Reggae Sumfest is set to return to Montego Bay this year, after a two-year pandemic related absence.
Dubbed 'The Greatest Reggae Show on Earth,' the event is scheduled for July 20-23 at its Catherine Hall home.
Entertainment events were halted in 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic ravaged Jamaica and the world at large.
Reggae Sumfest was staged virtually in 2020, but organizers cancelled the event for 2021.
News of the festival's return follows the announcement of a relaxation of COVID-19 restriction measures, with the hope of permitting vaccinated citizens to participate in bubble events.
Festival head Joe Bogdanovich has reportedly confirmed the acts for this year's staging, but no details have been released.
