Sinbad learning to walk again 2 years after stroke

Comedian and actor Sinbad is seeking support from his fans, as he continues to recover from a life-threatening stroke 2 years ago.

The 66-year-old is learning to walk again, and his family set up a trust and a website to keep the public updated on his condition.

Supporters are being asked to help with his medical expenses by donating to the trust.

The performer born David Adkins, had back-to-back strokes in September 2020, two brain surgeries, and then a brain bleed that left him in a medically induced coma and on a ventilator.

He initially had a 30 percent chance of survival.
