Beenie Man
Fans, peers and well-wishers have taken to social media to send their support to dancehall icon Beenie Man, who fainted at this mother's funeral over the weekend.
Reports are that the entertainer was overcome with grief upon seeing the casket being lowered into the ground.
Images of the frightening experience have been making the rounds on social media, followed by comforting messages from peers including American rapper OT Genisis and dancehall deejays Stylo G and Teejay.
Beenie's mom, Lilieth Sewell, suffered a stroke in July and later died in September.
Beenie Man recently announced the building of a community centre in his hometown of Waterhouse in honour of his mother and grandfather.
