These six people of the top 100 will be featured on covers of the magazine’s special issue.
Time magazine has released its list of '100 Most Influential People' featuring influencers such as activists, innovators, athletes and artistes.
The list features a record number of women and 45 people under the age of 40.
Among the entertainers are breakout star Cardi B, the outspoken Ke$ha and Rihanna.
The list also includes global figures Donald Trump, Kim Jong Un, soon to be duchess Meghan Markle, pop singer Jennifer Lopez and athletes including US snowboarder Chloe Kim and tennis player Roger Federer.
Six of the top 100 will be featured on covers of the magazine’s special issue. They include Tarana Burke, tennis champion Roger Federer, comedian and actor Tiffany Haddish, actor Nicole Kidman, singer Jennifer Lopez, and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.
