Software company Amber Group has acquired a 50 per cent stake in On Time Taxi Services.
In a release, Amber Group said the taxi service will be rebranded as Amber On Time.
Amber says all On Time Taxis will be equipped with physical panic buttons for passengers, armed security response and a platform backed by Amber Connect's real time tracking.
Amber Group says the partnership is strategic, and will integrate advanced apps with innovative AI features, enhancing user experience and safety standards.
