Caribbean Energy Finance Company is set to become the latest addition to Jamaica's junior stock market.
The company, which recently started operations, offers alternative energy generation equipment leasing, maintenance services, and energy efficiency audit services to commercial and institutional clients in Jamaica and the region.
The company will, on April 13, offer 64.6 million ordinary shares to raise $452 million.
The money will be used to establish business premises in Kingston and cover start up expenses.
The offer is scheduled to close on May 4.
