The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) will address slow and inefficient project implementation as a major obstacle to regional development at a seminar on June 11 during its 55th annual meeting in Brazil.
Titled Accelerating Project Implementation to Reduce Poverty, the seminar will reveal findings from a new study highlighting systemic barriers that hinder the effective use of development financing.
Experts and stakeholders will discuss challenges such as capacity issues, procedural delays, and policy misalignments and explore strategies to improve project delivery across the Caribbean.
