CIBC Caribbean Bank is making changes to its regional management team due to retirements and new appointments.
This reshuffle will affect the bank's top management in many countries across the Caribbean.
Donna Wellington will assume the role of Chief Country Management Officer for the region, effective March 1.
Nigel Holness, who heads the bank's Jamaican branch, and Mark Mcintyre, who runs the Cayman branch, will exit their positions on May 1.
The Barbados headquartered bank adds that Jacqueline Bend, who heads the Bahamas branch, will demit office on August 1, followed by Anthony Seera, who leads the Trinidad and Tobago branch. He will leave the position on October 31.
