Cuban airline Aero Gaviota is to expand service to Jamaica. The airline has been operating flights to Jamaica for three years twice weekly from Havana to Kingston. It will now offer a weekly flight between Havana and Montego Bay.
Aero Gaviota was established by the Cuban army and started operations in 1994. Based in Havana, it operates passenger charters for the national tourist authority.
