Fraud-hit Stocks and Securities Limited (SSL) is relocating.
A notice from the company said, effective February 26, SSL will move to 11 Connolley Avenue, Kingston 4.
This is the registered address of Business Recovery Services Limited, which serves as the Temporary Manager of SSL, with direct monitoring from the Financial Services Commission.
The current home of SSL, at 33 ½ Hope Road, is up for lease.
The property has been listed by Jamaica Sotheby's International Realty.
Radio Jamaica News understands that the property was previously owned by Stocks and Securities Limited but was sold some years ago.
A source close to the matter shared that the building is linked to an offshore company located in St. Lucia.
