Developers of The Pinnacle Montego Bay say they are pioneering branded residences in Jamaica, positioning the country to attract high-net-worth travellers.
This is similar tothee Bahamas, Cayman Islands, and Turks andCaicos— the top suppliers of branded residences.
The announcement came at The Pinnacle Montego Bay's landmark conference, Branded Residences: Unlocking Jamaica's Real Estate Potential, held at the Montego Bay Convention Centre yesterday.
The conference brought together industry leaders, investors, and government officials to explore the transformative impact of branded residences on Jamaica's luxury property market.
Delivering the keynote address, Minister of Tourism Edmund Bartlett said the government is looking at how to enable more of this type of investment in Jamaica.
He says there will be a concerted focus on luxury tourism as a critical part of the differentiation of the Jamaican experience.
