JCSD partners with AppFinity Technologies

The Jamaica Central Securities Depository (JCSD) has partnered with AppFinity Technologies to allow companies to host their annual general meetings virtually or hybrid.

The JCSD E-AGM Platform was launched on March 30, to a virtual audience from listed companies and companies considering to go public.

Managing Director of  the Jamaica Stock Exchange, the parent company of  the JCSD, Marlene Street Forrest, said issues such as data protection and cyber security are key to mitigate risks.
