Lime says it will extend its promotion for Claro customers to switch to its network, until the end of February.
Lime made the call Wednesday citing overwhelming demand from Claro customers, though it failed to clarify how overwhelming that demand is. The switch involves giving Claro customers a free sim card along with one thousand dollars free credit to switch.
That deal was to have ended Tuesday, but Lime says brisk sales in its retail locations have caused it to extend the offer.
