Mailpac Group finalises acquisition of MyCart Express

Mailpac Group, Jamaica's leader in e-commerce logistics and solutions, has announced that the acquisition of MyCart Express has been finalised.

MyCart Express is the fastest-growing and second-largest courier company in Jamaica. 

In a notice on the Jamaica Stock Exchange, Mailpac said the transaction documents were finalised and the acquisition was completed on April 1.
