NHT provides more refund collection outlets

National Housing Trust (NHT) contributors who apply for refunds as of next month will have two new collection outlets in addition to their banks.

On Thursday the NHT signed a contract with JN Money Transfer and Reggae Money Express, to pay out contribution refunds.

JN Money Transfer will serve contributors at any Jamaica National Building Society or JN Money Shop location while Reggae Money Express will make payments through its outlets in credit unions, some Singer Stores and at other agents islandwide.

NHT's Senior General Manager Donald Moore said by entering into a partnership with the two agencies, the Trust has offered customers the advantage of more flexible opening hours and in many cases, shorter lines to collect their money.

When contributors apply for their refunds online, they will be given the option to choose one of the three collection points.
