Jamaica's state-owned refinery Petrojam says the three-year Memorandum Of Understanding, signed with the oil refinery of the Dominican Republic, also state-owned, on January 18 will lead to an increase in regional energy ties.
The deal is also expected to result in improved operational efficiencies, greater innovation, sustainable energy solutions, mutual growth and greater energy resilience.
