Rita Humphries-Lewin has resigned as a director of Barita Investments.
In a post on the Jamaica Stock Exchange website, Barita said Mrs Humphries-Lewin's resignation was effective Wednesday and was due to personal reasons.
Humphries-Lewin is the founder and former chairman of Barita.
