Oleg Deripaska
Russian tycoon Oleg Deripaska is suing the United States, alleging that it overstepped its legal bounds in sanctioning his companies including Rusal - the parent company of Jamaica-based mining company Windalco.
Mr. Deripaska had to reduce his ownership of Rusal as part of a deal to lift sanctions on the company.
He said the sanctions on his companies have made him the latest victim in the ongoing US probe into Moscow's alleged political interference.
