Unicomer Jamaica will be introducing a new line of industrial-grade equipment for the Jamaican market through its retail subsidiary, Courts.
The company recently created a unit called Courts Business Solutions to facilitate business-to-business transactions.
Companies within the hospitality industry, including private and public hospitals, schools, corporate offices, and BPOs, will be targeted through Unicomer's communication unit.
Courts has operated in Jamaica for decades, but it and other regional operations of the furniture retailer were sold to the Unicomer Group in December 2006 after the British-owned chain went bankrupt.
Courts Furniture Store, Courts Optical, Lucky Dollar, and Ready Cash are all subsidiaries.
