Skinny Joe?

New York native rapper Fat Joe may be in search of a new rap name after he revealedv his much slimmed down self earlier this week.

In a recent video for the track Drop A Body, Fat Joe showed a severely slimmed down version of himself which is in contrast with the artiste fans have grown to love for the past two decades.

According to Fat Joe's representatives, the candid rapper went on a massive diet plan shedding over 80 lbs after a wake up call following a number of his friends' deaths last year.

"If he could gain 1,000 pounds and be healthy, he would love to do that. Seven of his friends passed last year from heart attacks, and they were all 32, 34 and 35 years old," the rappers representatives said.

According to Fat Joe, he hopes his new take on life will lead others to follow.
