A medical doctor who was brought before the Manchester Parish Court on a sexual assault charge, had his $200,000 bail extended when his matter came up for mention on Wednesday.
Mark Gray, 38, is alleged to have impregnated a then 12 year old child three times from 2014 to 2015.
It is also alleged that two of the pregnancies were aborted by the accused while the third was aborted by medical personnel at a hospital when the girl was five months pregnant.
When the matter came up for mention, the teen reportedly indicated that she did not want to proceed with the matter, but the judge ruled that she was not in a position to make that decision.
He also ruled that the matter should go to trial.
Dr. Gray is to return to court on May 8, next year when the case will again be mentioned.
