The St. Andrew Central Police have identified the two men whose bodies were found in a river in Dallas Castle, St. Andrew on Sunday.
They are 25 year-old Akeile Davis, who was a navigator employed to the Shipping Association of Jamaica and resided at the Lynford Housing Scheme in St. Ann, and 25 year-old Reynold Kerr, a resident of Arcadia Boulevard in St. Andrew.
Investigators say the men were lured to the location where they were shot execution style.
No motive has been established for the killings.
It is reported that about 10 o'clock Saturday night, residents heard explosions and called the police.
The bullet-riddled bodies were found during a search of the area the following day.
