Crab Circle was closed for a period last year following a viral video which showed vendor Alice Waugh engaging in unsanitary practices.

Alice Waugh, the vendor at the centre of the Crab Circle debacle last year, was slapped with a heavy fine on Wednesday, when she appeared before the St. Andrew Parish Court.
Ms. Waugh was fined $250,000 after she pleaded guilty to breaches of the Public Health Act.
She will serve 30 days in prison, if she fails to pay the fine.
Ms. Waugh was also placed on two years' probation by the judge for failing to obtain a food handlers permit.
She is barred from conducting business at Crab Circle following a viral video which showed her engaging in unsanitary practices last year.
Former Mayor of Kingston Delroy Williams had declared that Ms. Waugh was barred from returning to the popular seafood spot.
