Driver of bus which killed tourist in St. Ann to return to court in April

The driver of the bus which hit a tourist killing him at Bull Point in the vicinity of Dunn's River Falls in St. Ann last Monday, is to return to the St. Ann's Bay Parish Court on April 4.
 
Neville Phillips, 51, was charged on the same day of the March 11 incident.
 
He has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
 
Mr. Phillips was granted $500,000 bail with sureties when he appeared in court on Friday.
 
Mark Johnson, 60, of California was walking with his spouse along a sidewalk when he was hit by the bus.
 
He died in hospital.
