Former Tivoli Gardens strongman, Christopher "Dudus" Coke, is to have his next hearing in a New York District Court on July 8.
Coke was extradited to the United States in June last year, to face drugs and firearm charges.
He has had several court hearings in the US since his extradition.
In his last filing to New York District Judge, Robert Patterson, on May 24, Coke's attorney, Stephen Rosen, said his legal team had been successful in obtaining all the 2007 wiretap applications that were submitted to the Jamaican Supreme Court, from Attorney General, Dorothy Lightbourne.
He also said the legal team has been assured by its Jamaican counterpart that all applications for 2004, 2005 and 2006 will be provided shortly.
