Five prisoners escaped from the “One Hundred Man” police station in the central parish of St. Catherine early Wednesday morning, by cutting their way out of the lockup.
The police two men who are wanted for murder are among the escapees.
They are Shannon Campbell of Gordon Pen in Spanish Town and Lance Nicholson of Gregory Park in St. Catherine. Nicholson is also wanted for attempted robbery.
The other escapees include Alvae Smith of Point Hill St. Catherine, wanted for motor vehicle larceny, and Mario Duhaney of Lime Lane in Portmore, wanted for illegal possession of firearm. Ronaldo Thompson of March Pen Road in St. Catherine, is also wanted for illegal possession of firearm.
