Government of Jamaica Offices will reopen today after being closed yesterday during the passage of Tropical Storm Rafael.
Despite that, Information Minister Senator Dana Morris Dixon says the Met Office has indicated that intermittent heavy rain throughout Tuesday night may result in challenges for public sector workers in affected areas.
She says non-essential public sector employees facing difficulties due to transportation issues, property damage, or other personal matters should communicate with their supervisors or the heads of their entities as soon as possible.
