The Grenadian government says by next month it intends to remove all remaining measures put in place to curb the spread of COVID-19.
The announcement was made as it urged citizens to continue to practice health regulations to reduce new infections and deaths.
Speaking Tuesday at the weekly post Cabinet news conference, Health Minister Nickolas Steele said Cabinet had discussed the issue and made the decision that if current trends continue, the remaining measures would be removed on April 4.
Several Caribbean countries have been reporting a significant decline in the number of new COVID-19 cases.
