Two women and a baby had to be rescued from a motor vehicle during flooding in Mandeville Monday afternoon.
The twenty minute downpour flooded several roads leaving motorists stranded.
The rain flooded the intersection of Perth Road, Caledonia Road and Manchester Road, as well as Ward Avenue.
