Jamaica recorded five more imported cases of coronavirus yesterday - the three males and two females recently arrived from the United States.
Three are foreigners staying in St. James and Hanover and the other two are Jamaicans living in St. James and Clarendon.

Meanwhile, coronavirus cases in Latin America have for the first time surpassed the combined infections in the US and Canada amid a surge in cases in Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Colombia and Argentina.
According to a Reuters tally, the quickly growing number of cases makes Latin America the region most impacted by the pandemic globally, with 26.8 percent of worldwide cases.
Latin America now has 4.32 million total cases of the coronavirus-- 18,000 more than in the US and Canada.
The US continues to be the individual country with the highest number of deaths from coronavirus with roughly 146,000 followed by Brazil with 87,000.
